When you purchase credits or a subscription, you are paying for compute resources used to generate images. Once an image is generated, the associated cost is irreversible.
We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used credit packs or for unused time on a subscription. Please ensure you are satisfied with our free trial before making a purchase.
If you experience a technical error where your credits were deducted but no image was generated, please contact support at wymanaleshaToynbee@hotmail.com and we will investigate the issue.
